  • Spoke to art students as part of the Art After Clark Exhibition about the trials and tribulations of making a living and maintaining an active studio practice as an emerging artist with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
  • Visiting artist to the 2015 Senior Thesis students, advised students on presentation techniques and critiqued art work.
  • Initiated a group project in Artist Books taught by Jen Hilton titled DIY Library. Students composed content filled booklets and installed them in the Goddard Library on campus.
  • Professional Practices Workshop: 2D Presentation 101. Geared for senior art majors preparing for thesis show. Taught design principles of matting, framing, or directly hanging art on the wall as well as the importance of using archival materials.

Composes frame designs that showcase the artwork as well as protect the art in a conservation package. Employs color science to bring the art into the forefront and the mat and frame design to the background. Certified in conservation hinging techniques that are completely removable and non-invasive.

2011

Initiated multi-disciplinary art crawl style bicycle tour of galleries (commercial, artist run & public), art performances and visits to artist’s studios throughout various Worcester neighborhoods. Each Art Spin tour features a new itinerary featuring some of the city’s most exciting artists. Art Spin works closely with different community partners to help capture and share the pulse of this city’s vibrant art scene.
